Shipping policy
We know how important it is to get your Breazy kit quickly.
Every order is carefully prepared and shipped as soon as possible, so you can start your new ritual straight away, with no waiting around.
Free shipping on all kits, with tracking included on every order.
⚙️ Order Processing
It typically takes up to 48 working hours to prepare and process your order once it's confirmed. For personalised products, this can take up to 72 working hours.
We ship Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
We don't ship orders on the same day they're placed. For example, if you order on a Monday, your parcel will likely be shipped on the Tuesday or Wednesday.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking link.
Please allow up to 72 hours to receive your shipping confirmation email.
We always do our best to ship quickly, but delivery times may vary slightly due to courier delays or customs checks.
⚡ Priority Processing
If you choose Priority Processing, your order is moved to the front of the queue.
These orders typically receive a tracking number within 24 hours (on working days).
For example, if you order on Monday afternoon, you'll receive your tracking number by Tuesday evening.
Shipping times remain the same as standard shipping, but your order is prepared and sent out first.
💌 Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We'll always do our best to help, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has been shipped.
If you spot an error, contact info@airbreazy.com straight away.
If the parcel hasn't been shipped yet, we'll correct the address for you.
If it's already on its way, we'll try to work with the courier to redirect it, though we can't always guarantee this will be successful.
If the parcel can't be delivered due to an incorrect address, it will automatically be returned to us.
Once we receive it back, we can either resend it (with shipping costs covered by the customer) or issue a full refund.
🚚 Average Delivery Times
We ship worldwide.
Here are the average delivery times once your order has shipped:
- Europe: 5–7 working days
- North America: 6–8 working days
- Rest of the World: 7–14 working days
You'll receive:
1️⃣ An order confirmation email once it's processed (within 24–48 hours of payment).
2️⃣ An email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
If your tracking doesn't update after a few days, don't worry — your parcel is still on its way.

🌍 International Taxes and Duties
All orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) — this means taxes, duties and customs charges are already included in the price you see at checkout.
You won't need to pay any extra charges on delivery.
Our shipping partners handle customs clearance on your behalf, ensuring a smooth, hassle-free experience.

📦 If You're Not Home
In most cases, the courier will leave the parcel in your mailbox or at your door.
If they feel it isn't safe to do so, they'll leave a card or arrange a redelivery.
We'd recommend using an address where you or someone else can safely receive the parcel — for example, your workplace or a friend's address.
